Our Policy

 Processing & Shipping: 

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Please allow 5-10 business days for shipping time depending on the destination. Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has shipped. Please be sure to provide the correct shipping address and contact information. Lici&Co.Hair is not responsible for any delayed packages, lost, stolen, or damaged items. Please contact the carrier to file a claim.

Returns / Exchanges:

 All sales are final—we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. If a product arrives defective, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. It must remain in their original condition and packaging with seal unbroken. For hygiene reasons, items that have been used, brushed, or otherwise altered will not be eligible for exchange. 

International shipping:

Shipping rates for international orders can be calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the destination. Customers should note that they are responsible for any unforeseen customs fees and taxes. Additionally, should there be a potential delay in shipment, orders may require more time to be delivered.
